TetraSeal

They are cured and cut to the desired thickness by a machine. The manufacturer’s facilities have interchangeable dies and can manufacture various seal profiles to suit a variety of applications. One embodiment of the Parker Seal Jigsaw is shown in FIG. 2. This figure shows a cross-sectional view of the overlapping end portions of the seal. They are characterized by high dispense rates, reliable cure performance, and desired electrical properties. The two-component portfolio also includes a non-silicone gap filler with excellent flow properties.
The TC urethane adhesive is a new type of urethane adhesive. This material has high adhesion and thermal conductivity characteristics that enable direct bonding of battery cells to cooling plates. This new adhesive technology enables high pack energy density, minimizes manufacturing costs, and reduces overall system heat transfer.

TC ethylene-propylene copolymer
