-a small cooler (or another insulated storage container) for the blood draw kit and any other supplies -a gallon of ice or a portable ice maker (if not using a refrigerator) -disposable gloves, sterile gauze, and medical tape -paper towels or napkins -a sharps container for needles and lancets
You’ll also need a clean towel or cloth, alcohol swabs (optional), an alcohol pad to clean the skin before the draw, an allergy list if you have any allergies, and identification.
