What Affects the CLAT Cut-Off?

The CLAT cut off is affected by a few different variables each year. The cut-off differs from year to year as a result of several factors. These consist of the following:

  • The total number of candidates who took the CLAT 2023 examination.
  • CLAT cut off schedules from the previous year.
  • The number of applicants seeking admission.
  • Seat availability for the 5-year LLB programme.
  • Reservation Procedures.

The CLAT cut off is directly impacted by these variables. For instance, fewer seats will be available for other categories if more seats are set aside for one group. As a result, the cutoff would increase for different categories.

CLAT Previous Year’s Cut-off

The number of candidates taking the exam and the overall number of applicants are variables that we can only speculate about. Only when the process has started will the precise number be known. Therefore, based on them, we cannot predict the cut-off. However, we can examine the cut-off for prior years to comprehend the trends and assess the CLAT 2023 cut-off.
