For this anniversary piece, Breguet has equipped its reference 5365 with a 60-second tourbillon,

First, the top bridge of the piece is made of blued steel, which is an unusual finish for a Classique collection tourbillon. Second, the cartouche above the tourbillon bears the text “Brevet No 157”,

This homage is repeated on the back of the timepiece, through the engraving “Anniversaire 1801-2021” on the barrel,
and “Brevet No 157 Du 7 Messidor An IX” on the lower bridge of the tourbillon, along with the individual number of each piece. .
